Thoughts and Recommendations

First I give thanks to my sister Ulrike Borck (Lotta Marie) who painted the cover picture for this website.
I support the idea of an unconditional basic income for all citizens and the assoziation: "Mein Grundeinkommen". This assoziation has already profen that and how it is possible to finance unconditional basic income for everyone. It does also regular raffles. I hereby invite you to take part in such an event with me (completely free of charge).

I strongly recommend the podcast "Next Level Soul" by Alex Ferrari on youtube
AND
The TV Movie (documentary): "Son-Rise: A Miracle of Love" 1979

Our ears are the receivers of the heart.

If humans take time to listen, not only to music but to silence and everything else what can be heard around us, we make deep experiences. Music-making is a very peaceful way to communicate. It is routed in stillness. With patients we learn to understand not only ourselves and each other much better but also other living fellows like animals and plants. To practice listening enhances our communication skills and with that our lives.

For deepening such thoughts and developing new ways of thinking I recommend the books written by:

Joachim-Ernst Berendt, especially "The World is Sound: Nada Brahma: Music and the Landscape of Consciousness",

further:

"The Hidden Life of Trees" and other books by Peter Wohlleben

"The Rebel Farmer" by Sepp Holzer,

"Teeth Don't Lie" by Dorte Bredgaard,

"Practicing the Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle,

and

"The Myth of Normal" by Gabor Maté with Daniel Maté

For friends of very lively music:

I recommend Karolin Ketzel-Grüneberg. She is also a teacher: www.holzwind.de
